I apologize for the lengthy review but I think people should be aware of the work provided by this business. We recently purchased a house and the seller had this company install a new water heater. After checking the work, we realized they had installed a 40-gal water heater and not a 50-gal as the invoice stated. When I called the business to ask questions, before I could finish my sentence, I was told "we don't work in xxx". I said I have an invoice from your company stating the work was completed by you. She said she would need to speak with the technician and call me back - I did not ever receive a call back, even after following up the next week; this did not seem like a priority. The seller was able to get in touch with the technician and he agreed to put the correct size in the house - which is ultimately, all we wanted. After the new unit was installed, we go to the house to get the gas turned on and thought it was odd the instruction manual was taped over a lower corner only to realize it was to cover up a massive dent in the bottom portion of the water heater. My assumption is that this unit was lying around or cheap and rather than do the right thing, they took an easy route. Considering how much everything costs these days, I would think twice before using this business for any service in my home. Photo is attached.

Didn’t hook a hose to drain on brand new water heater install. Leaked until we noticed water stain (2years) Caused thousands in water damage Update. New owners have been In contact and appear to be rectifying the situation

Our kitchen sink was clogged and also a pipe off the trash compactor kept coming of and leaking tons of water. Tiger Plumbing was amazing! I was scheduled in 24 hrs and although my appointment was at 4 pm and they got here a little late, they sure made up with quality of the work, the professionalism and the excellent customer service! John was an amazing plumber was very friendly , thorough and got us up and running in less than 1 hr. They are lucky to have a good worker like him. 10/10 Will be recommending to all my friends and family and will surely use them again in the future without a doubt.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I had many issues with my home warranty American Homeshield and Daniel went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues. Their work was professional and installation of my water heater was quick after the issues were resolved! I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

I have used this company twice in the past couple of years through a warranty and they just left my home a few minutes ago. Both times the experience was perfect. The guys were extremely pleasant, they got the jobs done in a timely manner and I had no issues after repairs/replacements were made. I hopped on Google to check out there ratings while they were working and I had to leave a review to share my opinion on this company. Wonderful!! Would gladly use them over and over!

Took off work to schedule an appointment between 8-12 for my water heater. Plummer never showed and not called by company. I called at 11:30 to see what deal was and was told he was still at another job and would call me when on the way. Left to go to work and followed up again at 3:30 as had not heard anything still and they closed at 4. At this point was told he was on his way 🤨, thanks for the call. He showed up around 5 and did fix it but with a part that wasn't designed for that unit. Payed for repairs but when sent recipient was not itemized just a flat charge. When asked for itemized recipient was told plumber would have to give me a call, never heard from. Would not use again.

Two guys showed up to repair the noise knocking in the wall. Well the noise returned again. The problem I experienced was I call to informed him the problem was not repaired. The company did answer the phone, nor responded to my messages. I called American Home Shield and they send an emailed message. Today I called Tiger Plummbing to them know the problem still unresolved. Guess what, the representative stated she had not send the email or heard my message after a week had passed. No follow-up and no apology.

Pelican/Tiger plumbing came out to find a gas leak for us. They were very unprofessional, and I called them multiple times to get follow up work performed through a third-party vendor. They never submitted the workload to be completed for a gas leak and we went for two weeks without gas in the house. I called multiple times and kept getting the same response which is that they were waiting on technician to submit paperwork to warranty company. Finally went with another vendor to perform the work. This company is awful and even though they changed their name from Tiger Plumbing to Pelican Plumbing, they are still terrible....new name, same bad performance.
